The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy), that Dan Norris has given notice that he wishes to vary his proxy voting arrangement. From 1 September 2026 and finishing on 1 April 2027. The nominated proxy from 3 November will be Sir Christopher Chope.
