To raise in Council of Agriculture Ministers question of milk quotas with a view to releasing the Scottish Milk Marketing Board area from the 5.5% temporary suspension of milk quota, re-allocating UK milk quota to SMMB area & releasing part of EEC reserve milk quota to cheese producers.
