What is WO estimate of cost of providing in each of area health authorities of Wales two-way radios or radio pagers for all nurses making domiciliary home visits & answering machines at all nursing bases as outlined in Nursing in Community, Welsh Office Nov 1987 paragraph 8.19(e). - No estimate has yet been made beyond that set out in paragraph 12.3 of report.
