- If there are plans to link garages licensed to administer the MOT test to the driver and vehicle licensing centre at Swansea & to amend the conditions attached to MOT certificate so that they show mileage, are displayed on the vehicle, accommodate 10 years of embossed garage stamps & are recorded at the driver vehicle licensing centre.
