To list trade organisations in respect of which Director General of Fair Trading has refused approval of the organisation's proposed code of practice under Fair Trading Act 1973 on grounds that arbitration under proposed code was to be compulsory, without option for consumer to have recourse to courts - This is a matter for the director general. I will ask him to write.
