Which trade associations have codes of practice approved by Director General of Fair Trading under section 124 of Fair Trading Act 1973 which make provision for arbitration to settle disputes under the code which is compulsory, & to exclude right of consume to take matter to court - This is a matter for the director general. I will ask him to write.
