- To take steps to develop an education programme promoting consumption of whole milk with particular reference to infants & children up to age of 5 years of age; what is Govts policy towards role of milk & dairy products in achieving a healthy & balanced diet; what assessment DHSS makes & what expert advice is received from outside concerning nutritiousness & palatability of milk & dairy products & as to their role within a healthy & varied diet
