To comment on the use of members of HM forces in experiments involving exposure to nerve gases & other toxic chemicals; how many individuals have been so exposed in each of the past 10 years; & if they are required to sign any document that would have the effect of waiving their rights to sue for compensation under the terms of the Crown Proceedings (Armed Forces) Act 1987 in the event of injury or death. - Includes ref to 119 c597-8W.
