If the replacement of land-based nuclear missiles of intermediate range by other nuclear weapons would nullify the object of the INF Treaty & if the totality of nuclear threat will be increased & if so will they reconsider Lord Trefgarne's answer of 496 c1117. - I have nothing to add.
