Mr. Swayne: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make a statement on his proposals for excluding tax on the associated gifts made in double trust schemes. [221189] Dawn Primarolo: I refer the hon. Member to my ministerial statement of 8 March 2005, Official Report, column 103-04WS, outlining the relief we propose to allow against double tax charges on such schemes.
