To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many registered drug addicts per head of population there are in (a) Birmingham, (b) Bristol, (c) Leeds, (d) Liverpool, (e) Manchester, (f) Newcastle, (g) Nottingham and (h) Sheffield.
