To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, why the consultation on the Department of Education's Equality Scheme and Equality Impact Assessment timetable does not appear on the Department's website.

David Burnside: To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland why the consultation on the Department of Education's equality scheme and equality impact assessment timetable does not appear on the Department's website. [223950] Mr. Gardiner: The documents are available on the Departments website, under `Current Consultations' and details of the consultation are also on the Consultation NI website. Hard copies and alternative formats of the documents are available from the Department on request.
