To ask the Prime Minister, what classification the Attorney General's legal advice on the use of force in Iraq has under the Official Secrets Act 1989.

Adam Price: To ask the Prime Minister what classification the Attorney-General's legal advice on the use of force in Iraq has under the Official Secrets Act 1989. [224458] The Prime Minister: The Official Secrets Act does not prescribe any classification system for Government documents.
