Mr. Ben Chapman: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales when a decision will be made regarding the Port of Mostyn's application to dredge the Dee Estuary. [223029] Mr. Touhig: Decisions on the Port of Mostyn's proposals are matters for the National Assembly for Wales, the Environment Agency and the Department for Transport. The regulators are considering a range of complex issues, including environmental factors. It is not possible to say when a decision will be reached.
