To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how much has been spent on congestion (a) charges and (b) penalty charge notices by the Department since the commencement of the congestion charging scheme.

Mr. George Osborne: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence how much has been spent on congestion (a) charges and (b) penalty charge notices by the Department since the commencement of the congestion charging scheme. [213819] Mr. Caplin: It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
