Packaging Regulations
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry how many prosecutions have been instigated under the packaging (essential requirements) regulations 2003; and what the results have been.
- Answer

To date, three successful prosecutions have been brought under the packaging (essential requirements) regulations. One company was fined a total of £600, another £250 and the most recent £2,000.
