- If HMGs attention has been drawn to statement by Registrar of General Optical Council that some practitioners dissuade or prevent patient from having his legal right to receive copy of prescription & in view of this confirmation from GOS that the law is being broken, what investigations they are making & what disciplinary action they intend to take if offences proved
