- Whether use of carcass waste, including that from scrapie infected sheep, in feed for cattle, pigs, poultry & other animals was, approved for these purposes by scientific advisers to MAFF; whether evidence has been, published in professional journals & if not, to see to publication of that evidence & of advice HMG are receiving on desirability of this material being present in unmarked foodstuffs.
