- If HMG believe it would be in accordance with current agreement with Saudi Arabia, resolutions of UN Security Council so far & international law, for US &/or UK to launch offensive operations against Iraq from international waters in Gulf & what breadth of relevant territorial seas in Gulf is recognised by UK & by USA.
