Further to 522 c1890-1, whether the phrase "voluntary school" in section 112(3)(a) of the Educational Reform Act 1988 extends to voluntary schools anywhere in England & Wales or is limited to voluntary schools generally in the diocese, or is limited to voluntary schools in the area of benefit of the endowment concerned.
