Youth Justice

Question: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many youths under the age of 18 years were convicted of (a) drug offences, (b) fraud and forgery, (c) theft of or from vehicles and (d) criminal damage in 2004–05; and how many received a custodial sentence.
