Drug intervention Programme

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, in how many cases in the five pilot areas of the Drugs Intervention Programme (a) handling stolen goods (b) attenuated acquisitive crime and (c) begging was the trigger for a drugs test in 2004-05.
