Investigatory Powers Tribunal

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many public hearings the Investigatory Powers Tribunal has held since its inception.
Answer

The Investigatory Powers Tribunal was established on 2 October 2000 and has held oral hearings in three cases. Those hearings have taken place in both open and ““in camera”” sessions.
