- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many public hearings the Investigatory Powers Tribunal has held since its inception.

The Investigatory Powers Tribunal was established on 2 October 2000 and has held oral hearings in three cases. Those hearings have taken place in both open and ““in camera”” sessions.
