- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many people were arrested under the Prevention of Terrorism Act during the Countryside Alliance protests in Parliament Square on 15 September 2004.

According to police records, no arrests were made on 15 September 2004 under the Terrorism Act 2000.
