Hull Royal Infirmary
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Health what the target patient transport times are at the Hull Royal Infirmary in relation to children's intensive care; and whether the target was met in the last period for which figures are available.
- Answer
-
The Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals National Health Service Trust is part of the regional paediatric intensive care unit (PICU) based at Leeds. The Hull Royal Infirmary has two intensive care unit (ICU) beds for children and therefore does not transfer children to the regional unit at Leeds. As such, there is no target patient transfer time for this group of patients."Source:""The Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust"
