- If HO has evidence of misuse on any of the benzodiazepines, if discussions held with UN officials involved with UN convention on psychotropic substances regarding reports of misuse of benzodiazepines in other countries & if Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs has recommended adding benzodiazepines to list of drugs controlled by the Misuse of Drugs Act.
