““Fuel for Living”” Booklet

Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Health what the cost has been of the development of the ““Fuel for Living”” booklet; how many copies of the booklet will be published; at what cost; and if she will make a statement.

Answer: The cost of developing the ““Fuel for Living”” recipe booklet was £27,000. One million copies of the booklet have been produced at a cost of £58,500.The ““Fuel for Living”” recipe booklet is part of the 5 A DAY campaign, which provides information and practical advice to improve the diet. The booklet targets the young independent group of 16 to 24-year-olds, who have a lower than average intake of fruit and vegetables so there is a need to provide information and help to improve their diet.
