If DTp has received from East Sussex county council a map detailing possible route for A27 dual carriageway from Lewes to Polegate; to make it policy that any scheme brought forward to dual A27 from Lewis to Polegate will take into full account landmark of Mount Caburn & views therefrom & from Firle Beacon & will bypass Wilmington rather than dualling present road.
