60 per cent. of Plot 8, Grand Canal Basin, Ringsend, Dublin €15,000,000 53 Percy Place, Dublin €1,500,000 Total €16,500,000 For the 2004 annual accounts of Waterways Ireland this total has been converted to Sterling at a rate of £1= €1.4197.
