Waterways Ireland

- Further to the Written Answer by the Lord Rooker on 18 January (WA 123) concerning property owned by Waterways Ireland, what plans they have for the property at 53 Percy Place, Dublin.

Waterways Ireland plans to dispose of the property in accordance with the provisions of its financial memorandum. This will require Waterways Ireland to identify a specific project to which it would intend to apply the proceeds of the sale and to obtain, in advance, the consent of the sponsoring departments and the two finance departments to that application.
