To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer pursuant to the answer of 9 February 2006, Official Report, column 1395W, on insurance premium tax, how many insurance intermediary companies are being investigated for alleged insurance premium tax fraud.
Answer

No insurance intermediary companies are being investigated for insurance premium tax fraud.
