- To ask the Minister of State, Department for Constitutional Affairs whether Frontier Economics prepared a report to inform the Carter Review of Legal Aid; and if she will make a statement.

Frontier Economics have been working with Lord Carter in his Review of Legal Aid Procurement to help develop proposals for the reform of the legal aid procurement system and to provide advice on the economic impact of Lord Carter's proposed reforms. Lord Carter has not commissioned a formal report from Frontier.
