- To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what the outcomes were of the talks held during his recent visit to Iraq; and if he will make a statement.

I had a number of discussions with a range of interlocutors in southern Iraq, including senior British officers and Iraqi officials. Our discussions covered the security situation, governance in the Multi National Division (South East) area and economic reconstruction.
