InterTradeIreland

Question
Whether they are taking any steps in connection with the balance of the religious background of InterTradeIreland employees.
Answer

InterTradeIreland is implementing a number of affirmative action measures in an effort to improve on the number of employees from the Protestant community. These measures include (i) the placement of job advertisements in newspapers favoured by the Protestant community; (ii) the inclusion of a statement in job advertisements specifically welcoming applications from that community; and (iii) the circulation of job vacancies throughout job clubs and community organisations.
