- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make a statement on his investigations into Tech Clean and their supply of temporary workers to the Home Office.

The investigation into Tech Clean Plc and their employment of the cleaners at Becket House has been concluded. The immigration and nationality directorate is satisfied that the company have acted in accordance with the requirements of section eight of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996.
