Betting Companies

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport what plans she has to meet sports governing bodies to discuss the use of their fixtures and data by betting companies.
Answer

I have met with representatives of the Football Leagues on a number of occasions to discuss this issue, most recently earlier this month. I have also discussed this matter in detail with the British Horseracing Board.
