Reservists

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many reservists have been deployed in Afghanistan in each year since October 2001.
Answer

The numbers of Volunteer Reservists accepted into service to support operations in Afghanistan for 2001 to 2005, as published in the NAO Report on Reserve forces, are as follows:

Numbers for 2006 are not yet available.
