Palace of Westminster: Access

- Whether he will take steps to ensure that pedestrian access to the Palace of Westminster is not periodically impeded by inadequate rainwater drainage on St Margaret's Street.

The upkeep of the drainage system on St Margaret's Street is the responsibility of Westminster City Council. I will write to Westminster City Council to raise the issue with it.
