Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government (1) how many complaints against elected members of (a) local authorities and (b) parish councils referred to the Adjudication Panel by the Standards Board have taken longer than 12 months to reach a decision;

Answer

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
