The complete information requested is not currently held centrally within the Home Office and could be obtained only at disproportionate cost. In terms of the future, the Home Office will look at better ways of collating and making available information about recommendations made by the Parliamentary Ombudsman following their investigations in a way which is commensurate with the ombudsman's own publication procedures. We will be in touch with the ombudsman about this and I will write to the noble Lord with details of our proposals.
