- To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government to what parliamentary procedure the Sexual Orientation Regulations will be subject.

The Sexual Orientation Regulations for Great Britain will be subject to the affirmative procedure, as specified at Section 81 (4) of the Equality Act 2006.
