- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport what the value is of bets that have been placed on sports events excluding horseracing and greyhound racing in each of the last three years; and what proportion of the overall gambling market this represents.

The Government do not hold information on the total amount bet on sporting events. This is commercially sensitive information kept by betting operators.
