Drug Intervention Programme

- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what the specification is for drug testing devices used in his Department’s Drug Intervention programme.

[holding answer 18 December 2006]: The Cozart drug testing equipment was assessed against the criteria specified in the procurement notice advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union in 2003.
