- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will review the efficacy of the law on theft and extortion in relation to private sector wheel clampers who remove vehicles from private land.

There are currently no plans to review the law on theft and extortion in relation to vehicle immobilisers operating on private land in England and Wales.
