- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what steps she is taking to ensure that Article 140 of the National Constitution of Iraq is implemented within its proposed timescale.

Implementation of the Iraqi Constitution is a matter for the Government of Iraq. We continue to encourage the Iraqi authorities to ensure that the process on the future of Kirkuk is as transparent and inclusive as possible.
