The Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) publish this information annually in an Effectiveness Report. The Effectiveness Report for 2005-06 is available online at www.vosa.gov.uk. A hard copy of this report and reports for previous years have been placed in the House of Commons Library, Business and Transport section.
