Antisocial Behaviour Orders

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department pursuant to his answer of 23 February 2007, Official Report, column 985W, on antisocial behaviour orders, how many and what percentage of antisocial behaviour orders included (a) an individual support order and (b) an intervention order in the last 12 months for which figures are available.
Answer

Information is given in the table on the number of individual support orders given in 2005 (latest available). This pre-dates the joint campaign by the Home Office, Youth Justice Board and her Majesty’s Court Service to increase take up which began early in 2006 and is continuing. Data for subsequent periods will be published in due course.
