- asked Her Majesty's Government:Further to the Written Answer by Lord Rooker on 18 April (WA 88), who was involved in the organisational review steering group that approved a scoring mechanism for tenders from consultants; and whether they will place a copy of the mechanism in the Library of the House.

The steering group for the organisational review of Waterways comprised the chief executive and the four directors. Arrangements have been made to place a copy of the relevant evaluation sheet in the Library of the House.
