- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what representations she has made to the US Administration on its release of Luis Posada Carriles from detention.

My right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary has not made any representations to the US Administration on its release of Luis Posada Carriles from jail.The question of his extradition from the US is a matter for the authorities in the US and for any country which may request his extradition.
