EU and Russia: Samara Summit

- What is their response to the outcome of the European Union-Russia summit held in Samara on 18 May.

My Lords, the EU-Russia summit was held on 17 and 18 May as planned and covered a broad agenda, including international relations, energy, climate change and trade. The EU raised human rights. The summits are important, as they allow both sides to engage on issues that are important to them, including on areas of disagreement.
